2009 Summary

The last five weeks have been very eventful. After being out the month of September with a fractured shoulder blade I rode and IFMXF night of the jumps contest in Riga, Latvia on October 10. I ended up placing 4th there. I went back home after that and got some practice in for a couple weeks. I returned to Europe for the next night of the jumps contest in Cologne, Germany on October 24. That contest went very well and I placed 2nd! The following weekend I rode a show in Nuremburg, Germany. It was an indoor ramp to ramp demo with 8 riders. It turned out to be a really fun show. The following weekend was a two day contest in Ostrava, Czech Republic. My steering stabilizer ended up leaking all its oil before this event so I had a couple problems in my run but still ended up 4th and 5th. After that I spent a week in Berlin before flying down to Namibia in the southern part of Africa. The second to last night of the jumps contest was being held here on the 21st of November. This show was outdoors at a car racing track. I rode really well at this show, qualifying first and ending up 3rd overall! There's on more contest on the 5th of December I'll be riding at then I'm heading to California to get some good practice in!
